UCC28950: How to disable UCC28950 IC

We have designed PSFB DC-DC converter using IC UCC28950. Everything fine.

How to disable UCC28950 IC using SS/EN pin?

Can I ground this pin to disable the output of DC-DC converter?

If not so, What to do? Please clarify my doubt.

The best way to disable the UCC28950 is to pull the SS/EN pin below the VSS_STD threshold (500mV nom). Normally a small signal MOSFET can be used to do this. when the MOSFET is turned off, the UCC28950 enters a normal soft start.
