Hi Sir,

May I have your help to assign a AE to review my customer SCH?

AC : 90 ~ 264 Vac , O/P : 12V/10A.

We found that Qmain will be hard switching during turn off, do you have any suggestion could help us reduce the switching loss?

CH1: Qmain_Vds , CH2: Qmain_Ids

Hi Edward,

The only option is to turn off the mosfet as fast as possible by reducing the series gate resistance in the turn off path to 0,R53 looks like a 10R device so try making it 0R. It may also be worth trying a mosfet with lower Coss, output capacitance.
