Where in the customer's system is this device being used? If it is a low current application <~200 mA we can replace it with a signal switch. If not this looks more like a load switch application. I will move this thread to the power switch forum.

What is the max. system voltage? Are you looking solution having isolation?
Can you look at TPS25200 device and let me know whether it suits?
