is IC LM5088 can be used for variable output application?

is it possible to change the output voltage by changing the resistance of voltage divider circuit?

Yes, the output can be changed by using the voltage divider equation (below), solving for RFB2, after choosing RFB1 and your required output voltage.

Yes, you could set RFB2 with a variable resistance for early debugging/experiment stages in your design. We recommend that when you move to a final board design, that you keep the surface mount, feedback resistors as close as possible to the FB pin of the converter to avoid noise coupling onto the pin and resulting in degraded part performance.
