TPS26624-25EVM: Current Limit & Vout OFF

I evaluated it again with the current limit of TPS26244-25 set at 800 mA. Latch-off and Auto retry look correctly.
However, both Latch-off and Auto-retry are after thermal shutdown.

Is this correct?

I think that it should be Latch-off or Auto-retry when the current limit has passed 512 ms.
If this device does not thermal shutdown within 512 ms.

Approximately 2 seconds passed before this device shutdown

CH2:TPS26625
It takes a long time to shutdown and then repeats Auto-retry.

Yes, in case of overload condition (I>IOL and I<Ifasttrip), the device will shutdown after a time of tcl(dly) (=512ms) if thermal shutdown temperature is not achieved.

Can you let us know the signal being captured in the oscilloscope in previous message? Is Yellow=VIN, Green=Vout and Pink = FLT? Can you also capture current also?

I have to explain to customers the reasons for marking "PD00" and the behavior after current limitation is different from DS.
I will continue to evaluate further...

Would you please investigate the "PD00" marking?
