LMR14030: LMR14030 output 15v ISSUE

hello sir,

one customer use two LMR14030 in their design, one si DV 24v to 15V, another is 24v to -15v, -15v is mark 15N, and 15V is mark 15P, in schmatic, which is for the AMP and ADC, and there are one L (L9)and C between 15N and AMP&ADC, they find one issue, if connect L9, 15N &15P is no output, if open L9 , 15N and 15P output is normal, if let the 15N and 15P power up, and then short L9, 15N and 15P output still can work. so we don't know what's reason happen it.

Hi Lina,
Do you mean that if you short L9, the circuit can work normally ? And L9 is root cause? What is part number for L9?

hi gavin,
short L9 or connnet L9 also can work,as long as power up frist, in other word it is the power up time sequence issue, in addition, just now, customer adjust Soft start time from "ms" to "S", This issue is resolved, but datasheet reference SS is "ms". but I still is confused for it.
