I need to know about thermal parameters of IC UCC3915 ,15V PROG PWR MANAGER 16-SOIC

I need

θJA = thermal resistance

TJ = junction temperature

TA = ambient temperature

PD = power dissipation

and Maximum Power dissipation. This information is required for thermal calculations.

This is medical application.

End Equipment can not be shared  on open forum.

customer cannot  include device in AVL w/o thermal data .
