TPS61196 is used in the backlight of industrial display screen. The backlight has six channels of LED, each of which is connected in series with 11 LEDs, and each channel has a current of 50 mA. At present, the switching power supply used is 72W.
Phenomenon: the frequency of the switch is normal, but it can only light up three LED, do not know whether to enter the protection state.

Hi Garin,
You mean you can only light up three channels LED? Have you observed any waveforms? I suggest you to identify what has happended, and you can attach the schematic, I can hep to check whether there is any issue or not. I don't have more suggestion about this issue now. Thanks.
