TLV62065: TLV62065

Part Number: TLV62065

Dear Sir,

I am curious about the gate driver in buck with built-in high-side NMOS.

In any other buck controller, there is a bootstrap cap as a charge pump flying cap to offer enough high voltage for gate driver.

But in normal NMOS built-in buck, like TLV62065, it seems not having bootstrap cap, why?

Thanks, Ian.
