We do not understand what you mean by your 'schematic produce three defects (total 20)'? What are the defects and how is it generated?

The device is hot.
And it does not work.
I asked TI Korea for a failure analysis, but there was no problem.
The schematic looks fine. Please tell us the suspicious part.

Hi TM,

We would like some information and scope capture in order to help you on this.  Can you give me the output current that you want to command with the 46V-53V LED's voltage?  Is the TPS92692 getting hot or is it Q10 getting hot?  We noticed that R281 is 100 Ohm resistor...This is quite high resistance please try with a 0 Ohm short for now.  How did they arrive at the compensation components, R285 at 10K?  Again this is high.

Can we get scope captures of the below signals:

CHAN 1:  LED output current   CHAN 2: Voltage on the Gate of Q10  

With timebase of 2mS/div then 2uS/div.
