Hello Team,

we need some additional specification for worst case analysis which we are missing in the datasheet:

- turn-off time

- leakage current of feedback pin

- efficiency vs. load current graph for Vout=8V (Vin between 13..18V)

I will check some of these parameters.

1) Which condition turn off time that you requested?
2) I will see if we tested this in the ATE for the FB leakage.
3) Here is a webench simulated result for efficiency

1) we have specified ton min timing in datasheet. But do we have also toff timing specified (f=2.1MHz)

Hi Josef,

For FB leakage current we check that the ATE data and the leakage is 1nA. if the part has leakage beyond 20nA it will be discarded.

In regards to your question on the off time. You can see the maximum duty cycle specification on the datasheet EC table.
The off time will be (1-D) * Fsw

I think Josef meant the turn-off time, not the off state duration.

Hi Hachim,

The turn off time of the output depends on the load current and it could vary based on output current.

It could be varying depend on if you only have 1mA or 600mA as the load.
