Hello All
Greetings!!!!!!
We have designed switcher using LM22678TJ-5 for 5A.
Input Maximum voltage: - 30V DC using the battery pack
Please see attached schematic design photo.

We need a suggestion for my major component selection right or not, please find below component specification.

Inductor Part Number:- Mfr. No: 744325650\6.5UH 8.4A 12.5 MOHM OR SRR1208-6R5ML\6A 18 MOHM

Please suggest which inductor part will be use full for our switcher We need to require 5V/5A constant output.

Hardik,
The Wurth transformer 744325650 is suitable for your application. As long as the inductor has a saturation current > 7.1A peak current of the switcher it will work.

However your output and input capacitors may affect your stability. What are your part numbers for your input capacitor, output capacitor and diode?

1) Input Capacitor Part Number :- 63SXV33M (CAP ALUM POLY 33UF 20% 63V SMD)

2) Output Capacitor Part number :- 16SVPF180M (CAP ALUM POLY 180UF 20% 16V SMD)

3) Diode Part Number:- STPS30SM60SG-TR (DIODE SCHOTTKY 60V 30A D2PAK)

kindly find above part number selected parts

please give your valuable input.
