BQ24105, 2A Lion charger. TS pin damage

Burned 6 now. All are finally found this TS pin present wrong voltage,

and the whole IC lost function. I put 2 30.5om, 0603 SMT resistance connecting

ref V and GND.

I did nothing wrong. What is wrong? Any precaution about this issue?

Are they 30.5ohm or 30.5k ohm resistor between Vref and GND? Also, does the TS pin expose to out side.

wow...typo...it is 30.5kom....very confusing happening. Otherwise I have a

perfect charger now.

TS pin has 2 30.5 kom 0603 just nearby. No long trace.

It was damaged without any happening! No reason I can see.

Me too. I did know why it is failed. Please send to FA. bq24105 has already been released for long time. You can also ask previous FA report summary. I didn't hear too much about bq24105's TS pin issue. Also, on this application, TS pin isn't exposed to external.
