Hi Support,

We are facing the issue that when battery is lower to 2.1V the charging ic OUT pin has no output.

I believe the threshold may set wrongly, so I need your advise on this.

    Schematic looks OK.
    Can you see any current at the OUT pin with 2.1V?
    What is input votlage?

    ISET2 = Low and charge current set by ISET
    ISET = 2.2k for 245mA Fast charge current
    PRE-TERM = 8k will set Precharge current at 80% (196mA) and termination at 40% (98mA).

    Fast charge battery voltage range is 2.5V to 4.2V -- Current during this time is set by ISET
    Precharge battery voltage range is 2.5V to 0.8V -- Current during this time is set by ISET and PRE-TERM
    Battery Short is less than 0.8V --- Out current limited to 15mA
