TL2844: how to check and troubleshoot this IC

Hello team,

i have question to ask about TL2844. my question is how to troubleshoot and check condition of TL2844. do you have any method to check?

    Hello Muhammad,
    Troubleshooting this ic is pretty much the same as troubleshooting any other ic.
    Start by reviewing your schematic and make sure your pcb build actually is the same as your schematic requirements.
    Then cautiously apply bias power to the ic and check for over currents and over heating of the device. Then monitor the pin voltages on a scope and ensure they are as you expect. Then slowly apply DC input power to your power supply and check the switching waveforms.

    thanks for you reply. i am newbie in electronic repair. my question is

    1) how to check switching waveform. it need oscilloscope to monitor dc waveform right ?

    2) which output waveform to check at pin ? is it at OUTPUT pin ?
