TPS23861EVM-612: TPS23861EVM-612 module PSE output is not working

We Designed PD device and powering of using TPS23861EVM-612 module (POE +) .Last week is working fine.Today we are trying to power up the device using TPS23861EVM-612 module is not working .

We measured input voltage of TPS23861EVM-612 is ok and measured another supply (3.3V) it is under the limit.

We are connecting the ethernet cable in port j20 to PD device.

We are trying to capture the power up sequence is not happening. PD device Ethernet voltage is zero.

Requested give some solution

Hi Ramesh,

Where did you measure the 3.3V? Do you mean there's no output of DCDC controller(LM5019 at test point 2)? If that's the case, probably there's something wrong happened on the DCDC circuit. Thanks.
