CCS/UCD3138: UCD3138 No Devices Found!

Hi,

I have been using the UCD3xxx Device GUI all the time, but I have changed a new computer now, Windows10. Then when I open this software and the problem will occur, as shown below.

But when I restart the computer and open the software immediately, I can open it. Wait a few minutes, then open the software, the problem will occur, as shown above.

This problem affects my debugging work seriously. Please help me,thanks.

Hello,

Is your SAA adapter plugged into your computer directly or a hub?

Are you still having an issue with this problem? Is there any more information you have learned as to why this is happening?

Yes，this problem has always plagued me, so every time I use UCD3xxx Device GUI, I have to restart my computer. I think it was an anti-virus software intercepted the software UCD3xxx Device GUI. In spite of I turned off anti-virus software and firewalls, it dosn't work.

I'm sorry to hear about the problem you are having. It is the first time I've heard about this issue. It might be a good idea to contact your anti-virus support team and see what they have to say. I'm interested to know.

Also have you tried to run the UCD3xxx Device GUI in admin mode?
