May i know the Vref accuracy (%) of this device @25C and 125C?
I can't find it in the ds. Need quick answer.

Kelvin,

The accuracy at 25 C is 0.8 +/- 0.008 V. The accuracy from -40 C to +150 C is 0.8 +/- 0.016 V. We do not have it broken out for only 150 C. There may be data specific for 125 C only, but we could not get it quickly.
