CCS/UCC28951: As DC-AC Inverter (50-60Hz)

Part Number: UCC28951
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: , SG3524

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

On the UCC28951-Q1 spec sheet pg 1, three times it references this chip for use in inverter applications (Electric Vehicle Inverters, Solar Inverters, UPS).

I can't find any reference designs where this can be used as a DC-AC converter.

1.The problem isn't understanding how it can generate a AC waveform (just don't rectify the output stage of the transformer) but how to modulate the ~100Khz switching frequency to a 50-60Hz. Bonus would be how to grid sync or attack such a problem on this chip.

2. Bi-directional applications (AC-DC / DC-AC). Not specifically mentioned in the spec but this topology is commonly used in bi-directional applications and is passively mentioned in the UCC28951 Training series for a on board charger.
