Hello

My csutomer intends to use TPS65185, and will start to design soon.

Anyway, what is the trace on 11.2 Layout exampe on data sheet?

I think not necessary to split power pad ( substrate ).

Would you please send me layout of TPS65185 EVM in pdf?( I could not find it i website)

Shibatani-san,

Splitting is not necessary. The power-pad is not split on the internal layers, the screenshot is only of the bottom layer.

This trace connects VPOS to VPOS_DIS.

Layout is not publicly released - for a copy of the internal layers please reach out to your local sales office.
