BQ24075: reduced max charging current

Part Number: BQ24075

Test condition:

Input : 5V 1.5A USB port

Main battery: 830mAh 3.7V 800mA

System loads: 4.4V 480mA (2X coin batteries)

ILIM: 1.5A

ISET: 809mA

When we have all three batteries flat(830mAh+120mAh+120mAh) and system input from USB 5V 1.5A port,

We expect the input current about 1.3A to meet our requirements.

However, the maximum input current was only 1.07A and main battery charging current was reduced from 800mA to 600mA.

After reading the datasheet (image attached) , I suspect VOUT may result in this issue occur:

when VOUT falls to VDPPM 4.4V, the charging current will be reduced.

Is this an known issue and any suggestions to overcome this chip limitation please?

Thank you
