WEBENCH® Tools/TPS563200: whether TPS563200's evaluation board can endure short test and overload test for many times?

my power board use TPS563200, output 5V2.2A, and 3.3V1A, when do overload test and short test at output side, the TPS563200 will be demaged.

so, whether evaluation board can endure short test and overload test for many times?

Using EVM do the short and overload test many times, we can ensure no damage happen.
please upload your schematic and layout to check why damage happen with your board.

Hi,

The layout is not good, there is too much vias on the board, and the lines of power stage is too thin. You'd better to design a double layers board referring to TPS563200EVM layout.
