We have a need on the TPS5420-EP (10.000 PCEs / Year), but before we need more technical informations about the BiCMOS LBC4 BOA process technology :

-The feature size : 0.35 µm , 0.32 µm ??

-The substrate : SOI ? n / p-type ?

-The isolation : shallow / deep trench, some nm buried oxide

-The gate oxide : Thickness LV & HV gate oxide

for the moment , we do not have a NDA with TI , as we are on the first step on our research based on general reliability requirement .

But , if you need it absolutely , we can sign one with TI France .

Hello Daniel ,
We need absolutely to evaluate the process technology reliability Vs radiation (TID and SEE ) , before the final choice of a component .
And to perform this , the substrate (With / Without SiO2 ) and the isolation process , are really very helpful .

Our EP parts are not meant for space and don't follow the space flow.
We will not provide information on radiation performance with respect to our EP parts.

Hello Daniel ,

We already knew that your EP parts are not meant for space and don't follow the space flow (EP does not mean QMLQ or QMLV )
The radiations tests reliability will be performed on our side , and the technology datas will allow us to get a first idea on the expected results .

Yes and because our EP parts are not space parts we don't plan on giving out information related to the feasibility of using them for space parts.
