could you please provide a figure on the tolerance of VREF when the current gets closer to the limit of 10mA?

In the datasheet the accuracy is specified with +/-1% @ IVREF=5mA.

Hi,

Based on lab verification of VREF across different load currents, there is no considerable performance difference between 5mA load current and 10mA load current and hence it is Ok to use +/-1% accuracy for load current less than 10mA.
