My customer would like to use the UCC28780 for a non-isolated flyback power converter like this:

Do you see any issue to use this controller with this topology?

Do you mean use UCC28780 to replace LM5001? Or do you mean use UCC28780 without isolation by short primary GND and secondary GND together?
Can you make a quick drawing what is your intended flyback cicuit so we can comment on your drawing with UCC28780 to see if it is a fit?

I mean use UCC28780 without isolation by short primary GND and secondary GND together.

Is it possible? If yes, is there any recommandation?

Yes, it is ok to short the primary GND and the secondary GND together. There is no additional requirement to do this.
