BQ24600: BQ24600 charge current can't be changed

SCH as below, 4  Li cells,VDD_ADPT is 24V, the charging current can not be changed when I change the  V-iset or the R-sense, when I set the max current of the power supply unit at 3A, the charge current is 3A, and when I set the max current of the power supply unit at 5A,the charge current is 5A too. I think there are some issues about the current sense circuit.  Please help me and check the SCH. Thanks.

    The high-side FET (indicated as Q15 in schematic provided) seems to be causing the problem. The FET might not be behaving properly. Can you share a scope shot of your switching waveform? Please check the behavior of the SW Node located in pin 14 labeled PH.
