Hi Till,

The white dash on the left side of your picture indicates the top of the package. Therefore pin one is the bottom left.
BAZ corresponds to the TPS3808-Q1
The exact OPN is TPS3808G01QDBVRQ1, check out the OPA on the datasheet.

The date code is on the package but its encoded in binary.
