I'm having the same failure, this is the 3rd time, fortunately, I'm still in the development stage, but we are going into production soon.
I change the faulty LM25011 and measure for short circuit and yes, the short circuit was actually between SW and GND
If the problem is with a negative voltage on the SW pin, is it possible to clamp this voltage with a diode or there is something that I'm not seeing that prohibits a clamping diode?
