Hi Team,

I use bqSTUDIO 1.3.54.1 version to update External Rb file, But it always show error code 1.

i try use others version bqSTUDIO and EV2300/2400, but all couldn't work.

could you help to figure out the issue? or help me to produce a srec file include below Rb file.

Arking,

pls use the other version of bqstudio on the product folder and see if you still see the same issue. Also, what chem id are you trying to program?

The ID is 3951.
I use 1.3.54 and 1.3.54.1. two version and on different computer.
it still doesn't work.
Normal update chem ID is good, the error code issue only happen update Rb tweet.

Hi Arking,

I've tried programming the same chemdat12_ID3951 file using bqStudio version 1.3.86 and it programmed successfully. Are you running bqStudio as an administrator?

yes, i use Admin to update it.
it couldn't work.
could you provide the srec file include chemdat12_ID3951 file for me firstly?

Hi Arking,

That's really strange. Is your gauge sealed? Did you unzip the chemdat12_ID3951 folder prior to programming?

No, it didn't seal.
I could update chem id use baSTUDIO chem data to update it.
only external Rb data has this issue.
