BQ34Z100-G1: Connection problem between BQ34Z100EVM and bqStudio

I am Unable to connect my BQ34Z100EVM with bqStudio through EV2400. Can you show me standard procedure for connection?

    There is a Quick Start Guide for the BQ34z100-G1 EVM that walks through the steps to get the EVM up and running. Here is the link: www.ti.com/.../sluubv2
    There is also a video on calibrating the BQ34Z100-G1, but it also goes through the steps to set up the board: www.youtube.com/watch

    A few common things to watch out for:
    - Make sure you are using the latest version of bqStudio. The latest version on ti.com is v1.3.86.3
    - Check to see if bqStudio is detecting the EV2400 in the Dashboard on the left side of the BQStudio window.
    - Verify that the EV2400 firmware is up to date. Instructions for updating the firmware are in the Quickstart Guide.
    - The EV2400 has multiple outputs. Make sure the connector is plugged into the correct port (I2C).
