1.Requirement for radiation (Single event effect) : The power supply module shall provide all functions needed for continued safe flight and landing during and after exposure to atmospheric radiation conditions up to the peak conditions defined as 600 times the selected neutron flux of the 43k feet flight envelope as shown in the figure Standard Neutron Environment, "Max GLE 43k feet altitude / polar latitude" curve.
2.related to ERRATA report, reliability report, Radiation report and certification associated with this component. So that we can use this IC for our application.
3 . Is it industrial grade part.
