TPS2662: load condition and availability

Hello team,

I wanted to know two things about the TPS26625DRCT:

- what will happen to the device if I apply a voltage at the output but no supply at the input? Will it fail?

-Availability? I see we are out of stock on the TI store for samples. Do you know if/when they will be available?

Hello Alex,

If there is no supply on the input and a voltage is applied on output of TPS2662; TPS2662 has back-to-back FETs which provide fast reverse current blocking. This is described in section 9.3.6 on Page 23 of the datasheet.
