BQ24773: how to connect CMSRC and ACDRV if there is no ACFET and RBFET in design?

If design is made without ACFET and RBFET, CMSRC is connected to GND and ACDRV is left to float?

I recommend tying CMSRC to ACDRV with a 500kohm resistor.

And that is all? No need to connect CMSRC to GND?

You should not connect CMSRC to GND. If want to connect CMSRC to a pin, then connect it to ACP and leave ACDRV floating.
