Part Number: BQ27750

Hi 

I looking for BQ27750  Original srec file .

How can get this srec file ?  Can we get  TI Web  or other ??

I could  not find  this srec file. 

Because of we need recovery  for  BQ27750 original condition.

    Hi Onyx 

    Thank you very much a lot of help.

    I got this  FW 0.05 ,  now Customer has some issues.

    Customer want write  FW to BW27750  by  bqStudio,

    * BQ27750  sipping by TI Factory for PP/  MP Stage. 

    But some BQ27750 has some this error message  by bqStudio 

     "   Client wated more than 30 seconds for  pipe.   "

    They bqz file is  7802.1750_0_04-bq27750.bqz    FW  0.04 .

    Could you tell us this message reason ??
