Dear Sir,

My customer cannot communicate with IC by I2C.

Is there any different of BQ25895 I2C command with other I2C ICs since other I2C devices on same bus can work well except BQ25895.

As customer information, BQ25895 did not reply the ACK signal to host.

Hi,

The BQ25895 I2C interface is the same with our other single cell switch chargers. no different.

Did they use TI bqstudio and EV2400 to communicate with BQ25895?

Can they double check I2C address setting?

Hi Paul,

They had tried EV2400 and TI GUI, that work fine.
However, once interfacing with their mainchip I2C, it will not work.
And, other device on same I2C can work well.
Customer tried address A6h and D4h, both of them are same.
