  • Hi,
Our team is currently enjoying the Thanksgiving break and will come back to you when we return, during the week of November 26th.
  • Hi Wu,

Have you seen the section about configuring the LED display in the 'Using the BQ78350 Application Report'? www.ti.com/.../slua924.pdf
This report states that 'Once all of the appropriate LEDs are ON, the will turn OFF all at once after the LED Hold Time completes'. What is the SOC value when you start the charging process? Are you going through a full charge from empty to full?

It might be good to try changing LEDR to '0' and LEDRCA to '0' to see if the behavior changes.

    Regards,
    Matt
