Hello, I was desiging a dcdc synchronous converter and the above part number gate driver suits for my requirement  for doing the simulation i don't have model available in the TI website 

Can you provide me the Spice model for the above mentioned part number

    Hello Musthakali,

    I am an applications engineer responsible for this part and I will help you answer your question.

    Generally, we use the commercial spice models to simulate the automotive qualified devices unless the two are vastly different.

    Looking at the datasheets, the commercial version has 2-V higher on abs max for HI,LI, HB-HS but the recommended operating conditions are the same. Therefore, I recommend you use the commercial version located here: www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware
