TPS2373: uPoE vs. 802.3bt difference?

Hi Jeff,

IEEE 802.3bt is the official standard for high powered (>30W sourced) PoE. UPoE is non-standard. Being compliant to the IEEE802.3bt standard is preferred.

In the case of IEEE802.3bt, LLDP can optionally be used after hardware classification to negotiate more power, but hardware classification is required by the PoE standard.

customers so we are comparing ADI LT4295 and TI TPS2373.
