Can you provide me with a STEP file of the component? The model's on Digikey website show BGA balls instead of pins.

Hi Wayne,

The "Quality and Packaging" section of the product folder should provide you with the CAD files necessary for design. The module comes in two option: through hole (EUU) and surface mount(EUV).
