TPS2493: About gate off protection

Hi,

Could you telle me about TPS2493 gate off function?
Does TPS2493 have a protection function to turn off the gate without charging the CT pin?
Problem has occurred to gate off without charge the CT pin in customer's board.

Customer set to cancel OV and UVEN protection.
However,CT was not charged and gate OFF.

Hi Yusuke,

Does the GATE turned OFF in steady load or overload or short circuit test?
Can you please share your schematic and also provide a test waveform of Vin, input current, CT voltage and GATE .

Thank you for your response and support.

→No. However, When noise occurs in VIN, the gate turns OFF.　
　 For that reason, SENSE pin is also affected by noise.
