Q2 and U10 just control give power or not,
others are the same with datasheet applicaton
but still no output(no plug in battery VBAT is 0.8v ; plug in battery , VBAT is 11.2v , and always no change voltage , bq24610 doesn't start in charge)
Below is conditions i test and confirm by myself :
1. R51 remove , and confirm that pull high doesn't hold voltage , because charge in progess means STAT1 is high and STAT2 is low, the result is no work , still not in charge
2. i detect Vref is 3.3V , that means IC is not in sleep mode
3. I detect VFB is 1.8v , but datasheet is 2.1V , i don't know whether it is the problem or not , so I change R52 from 100k to 120k , and VFB is 1.95v , the result show there is still no work , still no charge in battery
4. i detect power input pin has righ voltage 24V , and i'm sure all follow application design
5. rework and change other new IC , the result show there is still no work , still no charge in battery
please help mee , i has no ideal let it go in charge for my case battery
function purpose :
I'm designing a 3 cells Li-ion battery charger with bq24610.
The input voltage is 24V and output voltage is 12.6V.
The battery charging current is setting with 2A.
The schematic is almost same with our reference design expect using other schottky D3(SM5822B)(see the below between pin18,22)
