TPS3808: Does RESET delay time value include CT capacitor tolerance?

Hi Team,

The datasheet shows the following about RESET delay time.

Does the value include CT capacitor tolerance?
If so, could you tell me CT capacitor tolerance about CT=100pF and CT=180nF?

The delay is based on ideal capacitance value. The overall error would need to include tolerance based on type of capacitance being used in the system
