    Hi,

    There could be many reasons for a start up fail on TPS65310A-Q1 device. Please refer to the datasheet "Figure 17. RESET Functionality" and "Table 1. RESET Conditions" for possible reset conditions. Also refer to the datasheet device state diagram "Figure 19. Operating Mode Transitions" to understand the various checks being done during the start-up. Also please refer to the datasheet "Figure 18. Power-Up Sequencing" diagram and probe the regulator outputs accordingly to see at what stage device is failing.

    Please let me know more about the customer and the actual issue you are facing. If you could send me the schematics diagram to my email ID ( kmurthy.hegde@ti.com ), i can take a look at it.
