Do you mean the factory default setting?
Can you use TI Fusion to import the attached system file and see if it works?

Thank you for your update, I try using provide file into the failure chip, but the result show error message as attachment,
It looks like the recovery file format is incorrect. We encounter same issue on the UC9090A before. TI sent us the recovery File format is **.xo. Pls. help . Thanks again7450.error message.docx !!
The .tifsp file is the configuration file, NOT firmware (program file) => Please do NOT use firmware download tool to download this file. More, you don't need to download firmware at all. To get the device out of ROM mode, please use the low level debugging tool: launch UCD9XXX device GUI from "All Programs-> Texas Instruments -> Fusion Digital Power Designer->UCD9XXX Device GUI".
* First click on "Scan Device in ROM Mode" to ensure that device is actually in ROM mode. If it is , then the "Command ROM to execute its program..." link will be enable => Click on the link to send device to Program Mode (Normal Mode).
