Hello,

TLC59116 questions about mode registers 1 functions?

1) 9.5.1 Mode Register 1 (MODE1) : Is SUB1,-2,-3 a field used for RGB control?

2) 9.5.7 I2C Bus Subaddress Registers 1 to 3 (SUBADR1 to SUBADR3) : What is the purpose of Subaddress Registers?,

 : What are the effects of changes in value?

3) 9.5.8 LED All Call I 2 C Bus Address Register (ALLCALLADR) : What are the effects of changes in value?

4) Figure 19. LED All Call I 2 C Bus Address Programming and LED All Call Sequence : 
  : What does Sequence A, B mean?

    The SUB1,-2,-3 is like a enable bit for SUBADDR1,2,3. and these are the substitude address for the hardware address, which are mainly used for group the devices. It can be used for RGB control.

    LED all call is used to control all the devices connecting to Bus, generally customer can not change it, if it is changed, next time when use all call command, this changed value also should be used, unless system reset.

    sequence B is connected to sequence A. these sequences tell customer how to use LED all call. It should be divided into two parts as the figure shows.
