UCC28951-Q1: control of delay time

hello Sir

I have designed Control circuit for Dc dc converter of rating 1320W 

Input specifications of dc dc converter 310Vdc - 410Vdc

Output : 13.2V ,100A

Here im attaching Control circuitControl circuit edited new 1.pdf

ADEL and ADELEF pins get fixed voltage through resistor divider which is from Vref (constant). So there is no change in the delays as input varies.

1) If i have to change and have the feature to change the delay between each leg switches on the primary side of transformer , I should connect it to the CS pin .Am i right ?

how should i calculate those resistor values ( REFHI ,RAEF ,RAHI ,RAHL ) such that delay will change accordingly as input changes.? what is the procedure to calculate them ?
