CSD19534KCS: Mounting Torque Guidelines

Hi,

Kindly advise the mounting torque to be applied on the screw / hardware when  CSD19534KCS is fixed to a heat sink with and without a mica insulation sheet in-between..  Is there any application note on mounting torque for TO-220 package devices ?

    Thanks for posting the question.
    Unfortunately we do not have an application note but you can use the following guidelines for mounting torque of the device, use a 6-32 or M3 screw, with a maximum torque of 10 lbf.in (1.1N.m).
