LM5161: LM5161 MTBF calculation using the Arrhenius equation

HI,

For LM5161, may I know if the result is done based on test temp of 125C or usage temp of 55C?

Based on the Arrhenius equation below, which represent the usgae & test temp?

Hi Christina,

Based on this link in the LM5161 product folder: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality, which leads to this link: www.ti.com/.../estimator.tsp, the usage and test temperatures for MTBF calculation are 55degC and 125degC, respectively.
