Hello,
We noticed around 10V applied at TPS709 EN pin because VIN ties EN. For solving this, we are thinking to disconnect EN pin from Vin pin.
I think TPS709 EN pin can be floating so this would be no issue.
Please let us know if there is an issue to use EN pin floating condition.
