BQ40Z80: schematic confirm about bq40z80EVM

Dear TI Experts,

I found a errata message from bq40z80EVM's User's Guide as below.

I suppose this can be solved by just switching positive and negative pins of D3 in the new design and keep all other circuit the same, is this right? Thanks.

Dear Batt,
Customer's concern is that "flip Q4 D and S" will lead to Q3 abnormal, he think Q3 will fail to be opened if flip Q4. Could you kindly give some advice ? Thanks a lot.
